This place is the worst! Avoid at all cost. Product pretending to be premium, is not! Cheap Chinese made. Leather disintegrating after 3 yrs! Cost $10,000 to buy 2 peice lounge!!!!! Has not agree to fix correctly and wanted us to pay half cost, tried to clam it was us. Will be going to ACCC to lodge a complaint about product not meeting basic quality expectations, avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Took delivery of a new leather lounge on Friday. It was well worth the wait. Unlike some other companies the delivery was as promised.
From the time we walked into the store until delivery we found the family staff wonderful. They were patient and helpful with the many questions we asked. May be expensive but the quality is the best I have seen in Darwin.

We've purchased all our soft furnishings, lounges, ottomans, from All About Lounges, yes you have to wait for it to come from down south and yes the prices are more expensive than the much less cheap and nasty options that the average Darwin commoner will buy. Ask your self though, when you buy a beautiful piece of furniture do you want the smell of bbq sausages burnt onions and revolting children running around with equally revolting staff called Becky and tom trying to sell you a chair made in a sweat shop in Thailand, or a factory in the People's Republic.

This is the best range of lounges by far in Darwin. The quality is up there with what I've seen down south. Yes I had to wait 10 weeks but I wanted a special colour leather. Really happy with what arrived! Thanks no regrets!

I cannot encourage you enough NOT to purchase anything from Relax All About Lounges. Every dealing with them was horrible, and stressful. Couch took 17 weeks to be delivered. They purposely avoided returning my calls, lied about the hold up, screamed at me on the phone, and hung up on me, threatened me, you name it. I had no choice but to cop it as they had my $1,000 deposit and there was no chance of getting that back. Heaven forbid I have a warrantee isssue (10 year warrentee) and I have to deal with these people again. DON'T purchase anything from these people, especially when it's such a big buy. Not worth the risk.
