Has a good amount of screens with large theater space, but the seats are just not that comfortable. Especially when you're sitting for 2 hours straight... If they invested in better seating I would easily give it 4 or 5 stars.

Staff are always great however I feel frustrated paying almost double for tickets and food when compared to other cinemas of far higher quality. For now I'd recommend sawtell or Grafton over Coffs Harbour any day based on cost and quality of cinema.

Used to be an amazing cinema but now with age the chairs have little support and are all uneven. The carpet is pretty gross. The screens are typically quite dirty. Missing channels of audio and technical issues have become a common issue.
The arcade machines need maintenance and the coin machine is always out of order. The lounge area is a nice addition but the cafe is barely manned.
The toilet rolls are above your person which is very uncomfortable.
Snack selection is limited and despite it's size no gold class.
Car park is easily flooded and kids throw stones at the cars on the far side. Parking out front is very narrow.
If it weren't for the selection of movies they have on I wouldn't go at all.
A renovation could see this place rise to the excellent it once proclaimed but i don't know how that would be managed and until then 2 stars below average.
