Red Hill has a lot to offer. It is centrally located. The restaurant is excellent, and the views, of course, are tremendous. And, unlike many of Canberra's other hills and viewpoints, there is no need to climb on foot up to the top. From the car park, it is possible to take an easy and mostly level stroll for a half an hour or more along the ridge top, with constantly changing views over the Canberra cityscape.
