Reception and check in was done quickly and professionally. The room, King size bed is well appointed and clean. Room service as well as bar service for by well trained friendly staff members. Good is great the antipasto is recommended especially outdoors. I will definitely book another weekend soon

The staff was competent but appearing to be significantly understaffed. Restaurant service was awful, and decor looked to be cheap '80s. It is supposed to be art deco but I think it just looked shabby, run down, and clunky.

Location was good. Nothing to comment on service as I received minimal to no service. Couch is so old and very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel in Canberra's trendiest suburb. My allocated room was a disappointment after my last visit. The upper storey spaces are distinctly bigger, with nicer decor & ceiling murals unique to each room. By contrast, I was given a ground floor room - plain ceiling, no balcony, tiny bathroom & DARK BROWN walls (!).
