I was really happy with the service I got here, the place had been awarded with the best chips of 2017 and while most chips were perfect, and just how I liked them, some tasted only half cooked. While I was here Burgers had been removed from the menu and since I was planning on getting one I felt a little disappointed; However the crumbed Barra was some of the best I'd ever had! Would recommend this place to others though I would call in advance to check menu availability.

Best fish n chip shop I have ever been. Coral trout was delicious. Best potato cake (scallops to some) ever and got two extra!!

Yummmmmmmm. What a great place. I love an old school fish and chip shop and this one ticks all the boxes. Tasty, friendly and well located.

Living close enough to smell the fish cooking in the evening always makes us hungry. The owner always makes us feel welcome. The fish is always fresh and tasty. the best fish and chip shop in cairns..
