Best Vet in the region! I take all of my animals here, I only ever see professional, genuine, quality Vet care and advise. I deal with many Vets in the area and I have to say these guys are better by a long shot! I have recommended this vet to friends who have also been grateful after being given the run around and misdiagnosis from other vets in the area.

Megan and her team were recommended to me in sydney by Vet HQ one of the best vets in the country geoff Golovsky and she was recommended as the best vet in the entire region of the northern rivers. The love,care and attention she gave my 3 animals who saw her was always of the highest standard, and above and beyond and the care and support the nurses and staff gave to me as well over the years was beautiful and generous . Anthony Thiessen below is a very angry , vindictive cruel person who did not care or ask to see my dogs in 7 months so had no idea of the neurological and cancerous problems they both had and the level of pain and incontinence they were both in due to being related . They were very old 12&14 and went downhill so fast after years of consistent visits to both megan and VEt specialist services in QLD for chemo and other treatments for cancer. They were old and very unhealthy and Anthony could not understand this because he had not cared a bit about their wellbeing for 7 full months and as he does on most things, did not have a realistic view on their health and lifespan. Megan simply would have shown me the door if they were old and healthy . You cannot simply keep animals alive in pain to suit yourself it's selfish and vile. His review is about revenge please disregard this as it's absolutely untrue. He has since bullied staff and is bullying them here , and tried to hurt vitality vets business in the community. Big man bullying a group of the most gentle, caring , generous women I know.

Do not use these guys in any circumstance. Unprofessional, rude, aloof, and no systems in place of any kind to prevent any mishap with your beloved pet. This practice euthanised both my dogs because they had no systems in place to prevent a spiteful ex-wife convincing them she is now the only owner. Run a mile.

I have found some of the vet nurses to be quite rude, even after paying large amounts of money and paying hefty after hour fees (plus waiting for a long time for them to call me back on their so called emergency after hours phone) One vet nurse gave me the wrong dose for my puppy's medication (twice as much as he should have had) and made him really sick. IThe wholistic side is just a fake front trying to fit in with the up market vibe of the area. They are just money focused fools.
