Lovely premises, food is beautiful but the service needs a lot of improving. 21st B'day, went out with some friends, turn up at 8:25pm and ask what time the kitchen closes, get told 8:30pm. Staff check with kitchen staff if they are still open, at 8:25pm the kitchen that is meant to shut at 8:30pm is closed.
Went there for a lunch at a later date, didn't get food for a whole hour & half later, all that was ordered was 2 Burgers. No communication to say that the food was going to be delayed. We did get some form of compensation (free drink next time) once we approached staff 50mins later after ordering.
Improve your customer service & table service & I will be back, until then, will be going elsewhere. Customer service is priority.

daughter had chicken shnitzel with mushroom sauce,chicken good sauce bad,more like gravy with a few mushrooms thrown in.i had prawns in sweet chilli sauce with rice,plenty of prawns,rice good just a pity they got the sauce wrong and it came out garlic.nice place just need to pay a bit more attention to detail like the sauces
