After being on the road for 2hours, we decided McDonalds to be the go, place order all good, although to get on the road again for another 2 hours we come to find our order to be incorrect even though I had paid for Bacon it was missing, i had also added to have pickles and onion removed it was put in my burger, after 5 attempt of calling to make them aware no one is answering, this is not the first time they have done this and it needs to change, they need to pay more attention to orders before they much up an order and puts someone in hospital they are lucky I get only bad indergestion from onions, pick up your game as I am really not impressed

And im being generous! Grossly understaffed in evenings on weekends. Unable to keep up with demmand. Parked 5 cars including myself at drive through.

There was this staff member who was very helpful and understanding and filled me in on every special and made ordering very easy. I believe his name was jack Boswell

Very disorganised restuant took quite some to and forgot Hashbrown then took 5 mins to cook it and then forgot about it not overly tidy

They get you order correct about 40% of the time if you order the fillet of fish and have any changes to the order. I was left in the car park for 20 minutes once waiting and the manager brings out a free chips in an attemp to soften their "stuffups". I will never return here!
