Amazing customer service (thanks Georgie) and very professional and gentle handling of our little (now big) kitty. Our cat couldn't wait to go and leave the house, he jumped straight into cat box, because he knew it's time to see Dr Emil Millerson :) Thanks for being such a great, welcoming and caring team, hopefully we will move back closer soon again so we can come and visit for check ups. Figaro says hi!

My dog was taken to be groomed here, during the grooming something happened and her spinal cord was bruised by a disk that was pushed out. She was left unable to walk. To this day I have not been told what happened and my tiny 6kg dog was blamed. The owner of the vet clinic was extremely hostile to me and I had to pay for the surgery and rehabilitation of my dog. To this day she does not walk properly and has post traumatic stress. She's now scared of men, has trouble going to the toilet, is scared to be picked up and is still in pain. She went in a happy healthy 3 year old and came out unable to walk. All I got was agression from the owner and they have significantly impacted our dogs quality of life. Under no circumstances would I recommend this vet.

Moved to Highgate Hill from the vet's in West End. The difference in customer service was instantly obvious from the first telephone call. I didn't have to wait five minutes on hold or have to rush through a conversation. The lady on reception was courteous, professional and most importantly wanted to help. I rang at 11am and got in for an appointment with Emil at 11.45. On arrival Emil saw us straight away, they took our dog in immediately for an x ray and by 2.45 she was ready to be picked up. Emil and team picked up a grade 6 heart murmur that had been undiagnosed to date. We now are waiting on lab results to see what treatment we need to take going forward. All in all a great experience so far and would definitely recommend Highgate to friends and family.

Decades of great service, including outstanding surgical work on very difficult cases (both cat and dog). We always get detailed explanations of treatments, options and possible outcomes. Spot on every time.
