We had our wedding at the Summit Restaurant and Fountain View Room. Nicola was outstanding. She helped to make our special day perfect. All the staff were amazing and the food was superb. We had a number of guests with dietary requirements and even the most fussy eaters were amazed at the food.
The venue itself was beautifully prepared and the whole day went off without a problem.
Thank you to Nicola and all the staff for helping us to celebrate our wedding.

Magnificent view, food was ok, my chicken dish is a bit dry but apart from that all good. We had enjoyed ourselves this beautiful Sunday, good service from the waiter Yohann, we were very impressed as it was very busy and I had specific dietary requirements and he was very patiently explaining the menu. We will definitely be back

Veiw is great service was also good but the food was not good at all, steak was nearly all fat you pay a lot for such little quantity, well not be coming back.

Go down hill since 2015. Chips were cold, greens (peas and beens), not alot of flavour. Leeks were chewy, pumpkin flavourless as thought it was reheated. Was more like a cooked meal, perhaps reheated rather than a chef who takes pride in their profession.
Service - waiter was a very nice person, polite, friendly and very curious however the service was very non attentive. We had to serve ourselves our drinks, no one checked to see how our meals were, and they took on time to ask us if we wanted anything.
Would not really care to return the way it is. For the money we believe it would be better spent at a similar stared restaurant.
