Incredibly rude assistant manager. Eftpos machine line to bank was down after 3 attempts so told to walk up to atm and be charged an extra 2.50 for cash withdrawl and come back for our $7 sandwich. Pathetic customer service asking customers to be inconvenienced and pay 33% more to solve their problems.
