Ordered Friday night Pizzas which took over 1 and 1/2 hours and were delivered luke warm. When spoke to the restaurant about this was told (by the female owner) that Friday nights were busy so delays were to be expected. She also said she offers free delivery and if we weren't happy with that then we should collect next time!! I would rather have paid an extra $5 for delivery and a hot pizza! Very very disappointing - there's too much competition currently in Brisbane to put up with poor food and even poorer customer service!

This is the last time I give this place a chance. Went to the restaurant for dinner and I'll skip the repeated news of the service at this place, it was once again s$#!. I only came back to give it a chance. I am by no means fussy. I am a bit of an optimist who will be pleased if I can at least identify one thing about the experience that was pleasing. Time after time this restaurant (if it can even call itself that) fails to deliver. No exaggeration, the pizza bases taste pre-made. I don't care if they are or aren't, that is what they taste like, which should be enough to shame them as a genuine Italian restaurant. The pizzas are also burnt. How is this possible every time if this is what the business does on daily basis. A foccacia from the supermarket actually tastes better than what they turn out at this place, that is shocking. The pasta is just as bad, it is bland, hard rather than soft and the toppings are cheap. If this place has any association with Carlo's Naples Pizzeria at Zillmere than this is a true shame as that establishment knows how to make authentic fine food. Pity it is far away. Several other choices locally, don't make yourself believe that the reviewers are being picky.

I have lived in Ashgrove for 3 years and have visited the store many times, the food is good, hence i am stupid enough to go back as the staff is terrible and very rude, bad appearance and not fit to do that job (which is pretty much just customer service). Which kids in college could do better? being a vegetarian for the last 8 years in my experience if you order a cheese pizza from a place like that %90 of the time it’s a little bit cheaper then ones with toppings, (sounds fair right?) and i hadn't ordered for about 2 months since last time they gave me the wrong meal, (first time i ate meat in 7 years they served me meat lasagne instead of the veggie one i ordered, took two bites before realizing and they were rude about that as well) and i thought from memory their cheese pizza was a little less but the new menu was advising they were the same as others so I called to check, her response (the manager) was if you don't like the price go somewhere else you can get pizza hut for $5 if you want the cheap sh&*^ they will give it to you. so i did, i ordered $85 worth of pizza hut (i share a house with 2 friends and we all work out and get a big feed once a week) which they just lost as well and long time customers, no matter how good the food it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with such rude and incompetent staff/management i actually feel sorry for them.

Quite expensive for what you do get, don't be misled by the picture of the stunning looking pizza on this page.
Service was next to non existent and you feel like you are inconveniencing the staff just by being there. (It still puzzles me that stores/restaurants don't realise that their customers pay their wages, and that at the very least a friendly manner might garner a repeat visit.)
Pizza is average to bad, especially considering what you pay, not the greatest quality ingredients and not enough of said ingredients, presentation would be a 1 out of 10, it's amazing what a bit of colour does to a pizza and food in general. (Only red capsicum when red and green can make a huge difference in presentation and flavour.)
Actually ingredients wise i may as well have ordered a pineapple only pizza as this was the overwhelming content and hence flavour of my pizza.
Would not recommend and will not be going back.

The best pizza's on the north west side of Brisbane. Feels a bit like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld when ordering over the phone. The pressures on and you feel like if you stuff it up or take too long they will fire back "No Pizza for You" but if you remain calm and follow your routine the pizza is an awesome reward at the end.
