The staff were very nice and helpful when asked to recommend dishes and overall provided great service. The food was delicious, I ordered a Ginga sashimi platter to share between my husband and I and it was presented so well and tasted very fresh!

Dined here tonight with my family and had a lovely authentic Japanese experience. The food is very worth the price and was lovely, chicken curry was delicious and full of flavour and sushi was very fresh. The service was fast and amazing, as the staff made sure customers were happy, comfortable and enjoying their food. Would definitely make this place a regular spot to visit!

If I could give this place a zero i would. Horrible service and management. The manager is the most awful person to deal with. I always ask for FRESH spring rolls and he ALWAYS brings me spring rolls from the train heated up in the microwave or otherwise!! It's so disgusting and he thinks no one notices. I hope Carindale Management take note of these reviews because surely gingas practices aren't standard or legal. They have a very small range of food and it's always dry, slimy or been sitting on the train for hours. Very money hungry management and really goes to show he doesn't care about his customers, only his business. VERY disgusting that Carindale Management still allows them to trade!!! Also, the waitresses are rude, never ask you if you want a drink when you sit down and seem racist. They're only nice to other asians, not to Aussies.
