Best thing about this restaurant is the free water. I ordered a eggs bennedict with bacon, very small portion and bacon was just fat and very pink. My $5.50 chai latte (very small) resulted with me using a spoon to scoop out all the undesolved powder onto a napkin. My patner ordered the ‘mega’ mug flat white and came in a normal sized mug??

Pathetic. Had the salt and pepper calamari with chips on the side. It was more like chips with calamari on the side. 6 pieces of calamari, and not large pieces. To top it off, it was bland, salt and pepper calamari... bland...
Finally the table service was fine, but I walked up to pay. The young lady was doing something. Fine. But no acknowledgement, no "I'll be with you in a moment" when she did finally finish, she seemed surprised I was there to pay, and at no point did she ask how it was. So at the end I told her. She didn't know what to do, she didn't offer to get the manager or reduce the bill or anything.
Never going back to that joint.

Our first and last visit here. Staff obviously did not want to be there as not one managed to smile. We placed our order and were informed the wait for food was 20 minutes but the wait for coffee was 1 hour.... we cancelled our coffee order and ordered a smoothie (tasteless and basically ice in a sticky glass) and a very average and overpriced caramel thickshake. Our breakfasts came and the potato rosti seemed to be last night's left over sweet potato mash just rolled into a ball. We had to line up to pay whilst staff took people from the back of the line to pay at another register. Not once were we asked how our meals were - obviously staff did not want to know. We will not be coming back.

RUBBISH. No one was around to seat us. Had to go up to someone to ask for a table. Didn't get a menu till 10 minutes later. Ordered drinks, they only brought out one instead of two. Ordered a Thai beef salad, came out only to taste and look like packet salad from a supermarket. No flavour or appeal whatsoever, was not worth the $19 for a bowl of lettuce that looked like it was thrown together as you would with dog food. Then had the dish returned to try the 'Chicken Toscani' which was also a disaster. 5 little pieces of chicken that tasted how it would if you were to fry and over cook chicken in a pan, 2 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of cauliflower with sauce that tasted watered down for $30..... terrible food, overpriced for small servings and not filling. Never ever going back again because this place is absolutely PUTRID!!!!!!!!!!
