I've only been to one class here (Wednesday evening smash class) during a trial week because I'm hella unmotivated but it was really really good. I definitely plan on going back when I can drag my lardarse off the couch..
The staff are really encouraging and friendly, and good at what they do. The atmosphere is buzzing but if you are just going in to hit the treadmill lazily for a while you wouldn't feel uncomfortable doing so. If you're keen to give your muscles a workout that will destroy them for days afterwards, I can recommend the Wednesday evening smash class.

Great members gym. No aircon, so can be a little subjected to the ambient air temperature.
