The food is disgusting. The fish tacos taste stale and are cold. The service is horrible as well. We've been twice and both times they've forgotten to bring us at least one item from our order. We won't be back.

Wide selection of cinemas, good place to watch a movie, the snack bar is expensive but you can find better options nearby.

The self-appointed "duty manager" at the Candy Bar at 1:20pm today, 22 September, a young blonde girl, was EXTREMELY unfriendly, abusive and aggressive towards my elderly mother. She yelled in my mother's face and refused to allow me to keep a used drink after a staff member had suggested to me to get a refund on the drink because our movie was cancelled (IT at 12:50pm). All staff were polite and efficient except for the blonde "duty manager" at the Candy Bar who needs to have her employment re-assessed and terminated. My experience today was horrendous I wish I could give Event Cinemas 0 stars simply because of the abuse we received from this girl. This girl is an embarrassment to the organisation and my mother is now scared to go back to the cinema. No compensation was given to us for our time, petrol and parking when we found out that the movie was cancelled (25 minutes after IT was supposed to begin).

Had a birthday celebration and the service was exception! Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate the boys dietary needs.Lovely clean theater and lounge area.Definitely worth spending the extra to experience Gold Class!

Many screens and screening options with Gold Class, VMAX, 3D, bring your kids sessions, etc.
Friendly staff, little arcade, clean bathrooms and theatres. It's what you'd expect from a cinema, doesn't let me down (except the food prices, but that's standard at the movies)
