They are quick to take your money but not available by phone and will not refund if you cannot make it and the tickets are unused. Garbage rip off

It is appalling to be forced to see advertisements for 20 minutes? We pay you for movies, not crappy adds. Movie start time was 1010 and there was no sign of it starting at 1030? Bad experience. Not coming again. Such a waste of time

A little pricey and really difficult to find where it is after hours. We have spent over 30 minutes before trying to find the entrance because the shopping centre itself is closed off and its like a bloody maze down there! Some more signage would be appreciated or open up some more entrances downstairs pls. It is also extremely loud and sometimes unbearably so. My boyfriend and I went to see an anime here and during fight scenes had to block our ears and this also resulted in a nasty headache afterwards. To be a little more positive though, the candy bar is always awesome. Little pricey like most cinemas but the popcorn is always fresh. I also love that they do show other genres here such as anime and classic movies and other special showings such as Rwby. Seating is comfy and is always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I think it is a great cinema but there is also room for a few small improvements such as sound volume and location convenience.

Payed extra for vmax. It says more comfortable seats and better sound but unless the other theatres have bar stools with a spike in the middle of them i found no added comfort. The sound was no different than any other average cinema and the popcorn was old. I watched a good movie but all i could think about was wishing i saw the movie in gold class at Pacific fair or at home
