Service and staff are good but.......
Been going for 12 years for Vaccinations, luckily in that time our dog has only had to go to the vets twice in that time. First time she had an operation and we thought it and the medication was on the "high side." Showed some other vets that are very reputable and been in operation for decades and all three said we had paid over $200 more than typical.
Got some medication today which was only 21 antibiotic pills and 8 steroid pills which cost over $90 ! (Medication only, not consult) Looked up the medication and it sells for not even $30 elsewhere for the same brand! They have a ridiculous mark up on medication. We are now going elsewhere, where we'll receive the same quality of service and not pay a premium price that you'd expect in Toorak Melbourne!

Good staff & experience, but very exspensive... was charged 3 times the amount for exact same treatment my dog was given at another local vet. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

jack has looked after my dogs for nearly 12 years i have nothing but praise, he has saved my boys on 2 occasions, they are old but in good health thanks to jack and the whole team at the clinic, keep up the good work and thank you robert
