It was a few years ago my dog had a cancer removed there. We found them to be cold and uncaring... we were also charged $80 for the plastic 'cone of shame' that other vets give for free. We didn't even need that cone as she was old and couldn't reach stitches with her mouth.
I hope they have improved since then.

I have had the best experience ever with these people.
I took my new puppy there. Everyone from the nurses on the front desk to the vet we saw were informative, friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
I certainly want them batting for my little Jet if something were to go wrong.

I am extremely happy with the services provided by Bendigo Animal Hospital. The vets are compassionate and professional and the nursing staff's attention to detail flawless. I have had three old pets pass on in recent years and the empathy shown by all staff concerned was very comforting at this difficult time. Currently I have a toy poodle which attended puppy school conducted by Sue and I continue to feel that Perri is very capable hands when we visit the clinic.
