Nice park but very expensive and rundown since last stay there. Gents really hard to enter as door lock was so worn. Staff not real friendly.

Where to start? Tried to call to book directly, about 5 times over 2 days with no answer, left a message the first call and still never heard back so booked online via wotif. Tried to organise cabin to be close to other family members staying there and were told by an angry woman on the phone in a snarky tune "if you booked through us directly we might have but since you didn't and we have to pay a commission we can't do anything" if they answered phones, you could make a booking.
Our cabin was a standard with ensuite, upon arriving we realised our parking space was in the opposite side of our cabin to the doorway, and had to share with the neighbouring cabin. We parked so our passenger mirror was about 15cm off our cabin and you could maybe park a mini beside it, if they parked as close to their cabin as we did ours. Came back from shops and the neighbours had a SUV parked in the middle and didn't speak English so we had to park in our narrow cabin entrance half in the garden to get off the road.
Walked into the cabin and it was far from a sigh of relief of being on holiday. Outdated, dirty walls, Sandy floors, dirty fridge, cockroaches on the floor.. The blinds need replacing, some didn't close all the way and some of them were broken so there was visable gaps to see through when they were closed.
The floor upfront of the shower is rotten away underneath the lino so we worried about falling through the floor after every shower.
Freezer wouldn't keep stuff frozen so our iceblocks were wasted, extra meat we bought had to be cooked sooner since it couldn't be frozen.
The pool was filthy, full of dead bugs and foliage, the walls had grime on them from not being cleaned for a while.
Less then half of the clothes dryers in the entire place worked. 1 of the 2 BBQ's for the HUB cabins worked, which was painful when the working one was already being used.
The brickwork around the putt putt course needs attention as heaps is broken and you lose the ball often. Could also blow some foliage of the course and trim the gardens once in a while to tidy it up as it was always getting in the way.
Few times we had contact with the managers they were rude and not interested in helping with our issues and seemed salty about the way we had booked.
Would not recommend and won't be back to this park under currently management

Large sites with concrete slabs. Right on the lake. Very quiet and clean.

The new older male owner was extremely rude & thought he was funny by shining his torch in our faces even when asked to move it. We used to stay here 4 times a year now I tell everyone to look at Lennox Heads. Will never recommend this place to anyone until I know they have gone
