Specifically called to ask about paying by card and there was no mention of a surcharge even when I went to pay, until I queried the difference in price. The food took much longer than told it would despite the store being next to empty. Then when it was ready I wasn't even informed that it was. When I mentioned I wasn't happy with the service I didn't even get an apology. If I could give this less than a star I would.

Never in my life! I feel kind of ripped off. Chips wasn't listed, but isn't that a given? It's a fish&chip shop. That was more expensive than I expected, and look at the colour? It's old oil and over cooked. Asked for chicken salt and vinegar, twice, and didn't get either of them.

First time ordering from here and they messed up my order. Not impressed since it was a simple order and I was the only customer at the time.

Food was burnt, potato cakes were raw inside. Fried food should be golden brown, not brown. "Marty", you need to attend to this.

Fast service, order was accurate, gluten free batter was great and crispy. Price was pretty reasonable too. All in all a good experience.
