The service provided by the vets and nurses at Petfocus Vetcare is of an exceptionally high standard. The reason I would recommend them to any pet owner is that this practice provides excellent value for money, that is the price of consultations are very reasonable; the communication between all staff is amazing, for example, I've been talking to a vet in the morning and then rung the practice the next day to ask another question, and the person who answered is able to provide me with the information I require; all the staff are friendly, always willing to help and are very knowledgeable - this includes the vets and the vet nurses; and the range of services provided by the practice is extensive.

This practice is the best in town! They have every service imaginable - from house visits to specialised surgery and hydrotherapy. I wouldn't go anywhere else and my furbabies love calling into the Wagga road vets. Thankyou to all the staff - I always feel reassured.

Thank you petfocus for the loving care you give to baby Emmy. With the problems Emmy has, the renal disease, Emmy would have passed away long ago. But the devotion to care has enabled Emmy to enjoy life once again. The disease is rare in a young cat, he is 4. His visits to the surgery for check ups is something he loves. Once again thank you.

Awful, simply awful. Don't take your pet here. We had the worst experience regarding our German Shepherd's ACL surgery. All up we spent $5000 on the procedure. The surgery was cancelled twice. The second cancellation happened 2 hours after we dropped our dog off at the clinic. Renee rang to advise that "a part" for the replacement hadn't turned up. This meant our dog had to stay overnight in the clinic before the surgery. Two days later when we picked him up they were only interested in taking our cash. We left the clinic with absolutely no information on aftercare procedures or physio. It wasn't until I rang two days later, distraught, not knowing what to do, that they advise I follow the aftercare instructions I was given. I advised that I wasn't given any aftercare instructions. I formally made a complaint and Renee rang me back apologising and emailed me the post surgery instructions and physio. I advised her that the service and care provided by her practice was unsatisfactory and that I would not recommend the clinic to any one. Then to add insult to Injury Renee went on to say that they offered hydrotherapy as a physio option for our dog's knee at $500 for 10 sessions.

Our cat Winno used to become so stressed when I took him to the previous vet but not at Petfocus Vetcare. He has been cared for so well there and I know how much the staff love and look after him when he is in their care. Great Vets and Great nurses.
