Just had our second experience at Public House. We were concerned as our entree was taking quite a while, however, the lovely bar staff refunded us for the dish and also offered us a drink on the house! This was all done on their behalf and without any prompting. Class act, class place.

Wonderful food and wine - delicious. The atmosphere is fun and lively with a brilliant vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Free wifi. And honestly the BEST customer service experience, ever. Cannot fault it.

Would have liked to comment on the food, but was never served!
Last night we were greeted by a very friendly waitress who offered us the window ledge as outside tables were taken. She even offered to move some stools with backs on if we stayed. We were impressed with her, so decided to stay. She gave us a menu to share, because they were out of menus. And that was the last time she spoke to us!!
So we moved our stools over ourselves.... still nothing from anybody. It was not busy but the waitresses, including herself acted like we were invisible.
After 20 minutes we reluctantly left!

Tasty good value food. Pleasant venue and worth the minor detour off the Hume Highway.

Nice place, staff were really friendly and attentive. Food was great, really high quality and fancier than your normal pub grub. Great range of beers on tap and had a neat looking cocktail bar that I didn't get the chance to try out this visit
