Worst taxi service.I ordered a taxi. Waited for 15 minutes then started walking. Did the 4.7 km on foot. Did not see a single taxi in the 45 minutes it took to walk.
What great customer service
So lucky my life does not depend on them.
I telephoned when I reached my destination. They apologised. As I drove back I saw a taxi slowing down near my drive. That was over an hour after I ordered it.
I can't post a minus star rating.

Worst service ever. Single taxi company turned up way before them. Rude and absolute waste of time. And the person I spoke to when I ordered a taxi agreed with this. Absolute embarrassment to Albany.
