The facilities are ok but thats the only thing good about the place.
At the time of joining, terms and conditions of the contract were not explained and now after 3 days, I have been told about the “contract terms” in a rude and unprofessional way by the Duty Manager, Ryan who thinks he is the king of the world.
I was not aware that I cannot park the car here for 8 hours even if I visit the facilities two times a day. So when I enquired about a parking violation notice, I was basically called a freeloader by the manager even though I have signed up to Gold Membership. I was told that I should have read the contract before signing and it is my fault if I did not do that.
The contract was signed electronically and the terms and conditions were not there at the moment. I had specifically asked the sales lady if the parking was included in the membership and whether there were any restrictions on the same. But I got a simple “Yes” as a reply. The contract was sent in email later and apparently the cooling off period is only 2 days.
I am deeply disappointed by the attitude of the staff especially the unprofessional Duty Manager. Explaining the rule is one thing. Being a totally annoying and arrogant is completely different and uncalled for.
I now wish I had not signed up for this place and would advise against it always. I have cancelled my membership and sent an online complaint on the @NextGenMemorialDrive website regarding the manager behaviour and also plan to go to Consumer affairs.

the facilities are mostly great. The other patrons are generally friendly and polite and there isn't an obnoxious steroid culture. If you want quiet spa time on weekends get a gold membership as it can be noisily populated with kids in downstairs wet area.
Staff could be better. Most are barely friendly. Also excessive in their demands to show membership card in cafe and bafflingly inflexible about changing menu items.

More additions to the gym floor 💪🏽
Used the new bench press yesterday and it’s great to see no expense spared with the quality Hammer Strength products. The cardio equipment that has been a recent addition is also state of the art and helps take your training to another level. Excited to be a member of this gym as when all the refurb has been completed there will be no gym like it.
Sauna also having a revamp tomorrow 👍 good work Next Gen

Amazing place to work out and relax. Exceptional events team helped me celebrate my friends 21st a few nights ago - thanks to Hayden who worked the bar! What a legend. All round a beautiful guy
