Father had been with Suncorp and they changed to Vero!!....
Made 3 claims in total of leaking water in the walls...First one in 2000 then other two in 2003 and they told us they were not dealing with us anymore and basically told us to find another insurance for our home.. They use crappy people to do there jobs as well..
They fixed a problem and it's come back again so what does that say about the people they use?... DON'T USE THEM!!!!...
Never have I been so disgusted,disappointed and appalled in a company!!..
Have told everyone I know not to consider Vero!!..
Doesn't deserve a star but I had to leave one so I could leave a review..
