they said they could not find premium, but later said they refunded after they claimed they had founded the money. After all, never received any money back from them, the car was not properly insured. customer service was terrible, hardly could be understood and always cut me in. should rate them minus really.

Rubbish customer service.. Manilla call centre. Do yourself a favour and read all reviews before you purchase a policy. If I could rate this as minus 1 I would.

Never again will I have dealings with QBE. They won't settle the claim and won't even talk to me anymore just leaving me hanging on the phone for over 40 minutes each time.... that is if they don't disconnect.
They are trying to make me accept cheap carpet replacement which doesn't even match existing carpets which join the damaged area. Constant promises of we'll get back to you in 24 hours - BS! I've had to phone them continually with no outcome. Don't go near QBE, this is the way they treat a long-term customer. And by the way, they won't post this comment without me giving them at least star - which they don't deserve. How about that for integrity?!!
