Appalling service. After waiting my turn for 50 minutes the receptionist in thigh high black boots allowed a woman in ahead of me who had a splinter, who arrived half an hour after I did and who's appointment was 80 minutes after mine. A clinic that cared about their patients would speak to the person next in line before making such a call, and would consider severity. I had the most searing headache and sore neck after a car crash that morning and have never felt so ignored.

Very disorganised and unreliable practice. Haven't updated Medicare with my daughter's immunisations (that took place there) and I've called them 3 times. Extremely disappointing

Very clean and tidy premises, well laid out and comfortable. Friendly staff, didn't wait long, and happy with the medical advice.

Friendly staff, has podiatrist, physio and they do immunisation. Don't need to be at Norwood anymore
