Pleasantly surprised by an experience totally contrary to the prevailing narrative re the death of retail and customer service. Needed to source specific essential items within a tight timeline. Easy affordable parking directly connects to the store. Approached within seconds by helpful staff who cheerfully rummaged around and had it all sorted in under 20 minutes! Fantastic.

Its a nice place to shop with professional customer assistance. It is very expensive though. But if you want to treat yourself, go to Djs.

I went to the Clinique counter to buy a tinted moisturiser. Sales girl looked so clueless and then ended up selling me the wrong colour foundation. Which looked terrible and ended up in the dust bin. Hard earned money down the drain !!!!!!!
