Very poor quality. The Receptionist was not accommodating, not friendly and very blunt. No bell man to assist you, even they were seeing that you have heavy luggages. No greetings. They mentioned, no early check in availability and they were charging horribly expensive price, but the the travel agency who booked us from UAE, advised us it was free of charge and the check in time is 12pm, however when we came to the Hotel we were advised it was 2pm. From 6:30 am till 2pm we waited. Very expensive, and very poor customer service. Its not 4 stars hotel, its 2 stars hotel.
