Hotel tipico, molto bello con vista lago dall'alto. Camere grandi e spaziose. Buona colazione. Consiglio anche il ristorante: molto buono.

Hermosa vista desde nuestra habitación. Muy limpio todo. Cocina muy buena y una excelente atención de todo el personal. Sebas. Georgina y Gabriela siempre predispuestos a resolver nuestras inquietudes.

Muito confortável, espaçoso, bom café da manhã, bastante tranquilo, transporte gratuito para ir ao centro e voltar ao hotel (o hotel fica um pouco afastado e há uma subida razoável para chegar nele)

By no means was this hotel "luxury" as advertised. The hotel had great curb appeal but once I got to my room, I was extremely disappointed. The room needed a lot of TLC as the wallpaper was torn in numerous places, carpet was worn and pieced together, and the bathroom sink leaked water onto the vanity (very messy, unkept look). The bathroom vanity and shelving were both chipped, peeling, and in very bad condition. The bed was extremely hard and not a great quality of sheets (felt like 200 thread count). There was also hair all over the shower wall which i had to clean. The hotel only provided one set of towels each day. When I asked for more towels, I was greeted with a surprised look by the front desk clerk like I was supposed to sue the same set of towels over the entire 3 day stay. I provided these same comments to the front desk clerk upon checkout and advised that Hotel La Cantera did not meet my definition of luxury hotel as advertised and should consider removing "luxury" from the description. This hotel was the most disappointing part about my trip to Argentina. I do not recommend this property.
