This plaza could be a really aesthetically-pleasing place to have a picnic or drink mate, but unfortunately the appearance of the annual rings has been ruined by graffiti and locals who simply have no respect for personal property. It's in a safe part of town, so if you need to take a rest in the shade, this might be an option for you.
