This place used to be special with excellent food and middle range prices. Now it is an expensive place with ordinary food that doesn't bring anything special to the table. Still the place is really nice and quiet that is why I still put 3 stars.

Quaint little place with a very homey feel. Dishes are hearty and simple. Great for a merienda/afternoon tea.
