My best meal on St Maarten two years in a row. Note that the restaurant has moved, to Porto Cupecoy. Plenty of parking!

Upscale cuisine, upscale atmosphere, superlative food and excellent service! The ribeye with shallot butter sauce is - hands down - my favorite dish on the planet!
It's easy to miss, as it's a few hundred feet off the main road. The location in Google Maps is also off by quite a bit. The restaurant is located 5 buildings or so in from the main road, on the north bank of the inlet, on rue round hill.
